All levels welcome but we particularly welcome beginners. An introductory session will involve demonstrations and discussions of Wing Chun principles and techniques as well as teaching how they can be used in real life.
The session is completely free and there will be special offers for students wanting to sign up to join the school.
Wing Chun is a great way to build self confidence, fitness, strength and flexibility, AND it'll help you to lose weight, should that be your goal.
